today got the fitness test!
i was in group 8,first,we go pull up!!
so bad luck,first one is pull up,i cant do T-T
so i only do 1,done,passed- -..lol
bt worry for next year..cos i need do 2- -omg
and the best is yankai,my partner,too strong!!
he do 18,wahaha oh my god,strong!
then next went for shuttle run,
run 9.14s,abit..
but after that try again,teacher say worse than 9.14
so run 2 times,abit tird^^
then next go situps..oh my god,bad
i want do standing board jump first then situps
because situp do too much,latr leg cant move- -
then so abit i do 35?then stop,actually do unil 31 i should stop
but the teacher dont want me stop,- -..
becausei want to save strength for standing board jump,haha

leg was already soft- -after doing situps.
jumped 257 for 1st time...
2nd...250+?...cannot break 260!!..
if normaly 260 no problem haha!!^^
abit sian,haha,nvm next year try again!
then next is last station le,sit and reach!
1st time do...50...!!
2nd try ...51!!ok done- -
great!done all.
